We’re happy to present the October release on PJCE Records, “Tango in the City of Roses” by guitarist/composer Ryan Meagher. Ryan moved to Portland from New York a year ago and has assembled a great cast including PSU jazz studies faculty member George Colligan, bassist Chris Higgins, L.A. drummer Matt Mayhall, and Reno-based saxophonist and educator Peter Epstein.
