After a bit of a hiatus here after our ambitious 2013 schedule, we’re looking forward to the January 15 release of a record by The Ocular Concern – originally a trio with Dan Duval on guitar, Andrew Oliver on electric piano and Stephen Pancerev on drums, the group expanded to a quintet in 2012 and now for this record has added a string trio and bandoneon for a suite of original music inspired by the names of Portland’s sister cities worldwide.
